Milwaukee, Wisconsin manufacturing plant has been awarded funding through the WEIF to design and develop a large-format, lithium-ion energy storage system for us with wind and solar power generation.

September 2006 our C&D msEndur® battery receives Telcordia SR-4228 Certification for Telecommunications Applications. The Telcordia SR-4228 testing incorporates 111 different tests including electrical, chemical, environmental and physical testing of the batteries, setting a rigorous, independent stand for the telecommunications industry.

Our new, state of the art Shanghai, China manufacturing plant will be supplying backup batteries to the new Olympic Stadium in Beijing, China, officially known as the Beijing National Stadium, the centerpiece of the upcoming 2008 Summer Olympic Games.
